I had an amazing experience thanks to Javi at the front desk. He was extremely professional, well-presented, and went above and beyond with his customer service. Not only was check-in smooth and friendly, but he also personally helped me remove snow that was stuck on my vehicle. Because of him, I was able to make it to my destination on time. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about guests, and Javi truly made a difference in my stay. He is the reason I’ll be choosing Holiday Inn Suites again. Javi is simply the best!
Had a great stay!! The young man at the front desk , Javi, if I recall correctly gave me excellent service. He was actually willing to hold a conversation and displayed great emotion. Made the check in process amazing and smooth. Me and my wife were greatly satisfied! 10/10
I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Williston North Dakota. They were going through a remodel but even with that the employees and service was great. Justin was very helpful and prompt!

I stay here every time I come to town for work. The staff are friendly, welcoming, & have come to recognize each time i come into town. It may be -40 out but they are always warm and welcoming! Many nights they actually provide dinner as well.
Booked a standard King and was pleasantly surprised when we walked into room they had upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite with no extra charge. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The best Holiday Inn Express I've been too. Others need to take note and follow suit on this excellent hotel.
Great place to stay!! Room was very clean, and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home!! Eli was very helpful, he helped with the cart and my luggage up to my room, I can’t walk too well these days. His hair reminds me of when I was a kid in the 70s. I know he’ll do just fine in life.
I've stayed in this hotel several times travelling to Saskatchewan where my family is. It's a modern Holiday Inn, in a good location with friendly staff. It's literally next to a Walmart and across the street from a Starbucks, which is nice for me when I travel, My only complaint this time around is the renovations going the last two times I was there. Nothing major, just a little cluttered in the hallway and occasionally having work being done in the rooms across from you. The renovation itself is quite nice and the price when I was staying there was quite good, with nothing that really disturbed me. And it was happening in December, which doesn't seem to be a peak month for Williston.
